Because a PDF stores drawing instructions rather than logical structure, copying text out of it usually means broken line breaks, interleaved columns, and tables that collapse into unreadable runs of numbers.

Any-to-Markdown reconstructs the underlying structure instead of just dumping text. Headings become Markdown headings, tables become pipe tables, and lists stay lists. When a page is a scan or contains images with text, our OCR pipeline reads the pixels so the words end up in your output rather than as dead image placeholders.
